What Is It?
A security/acceptable use intake that routes your report to the right responders (ITS Security/Service Desk, and when appropriate LUPD and University offices). Use this when you see:
- Suspicious email or message (phishing, malware, credential theft attempts)
- Account compromise (unexpected MFA prompts, password changes, or sign‑ins)
- Malware/infected device or strange system/network behavior
- Inappropriate/unauthorized use of LU systems or data, or policy violations (e.g., account sharing, unapproved software)
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
- Faculty, Staff, Students, and Student Employees (for themselves or their areas)
- Supervisors/Department Heads (report issues affecting their teams)
- Contractors/Affiliates (through LU sponsor)
All reports are handled per LU policy; account sharing is prohibited and all use must comply with LU licensing and contracts
