  • Calendar sharing, delegate access, and scheduling problems
  • Delivery issues (messages not received), spam/junk handling, and safe sender guidance
  • Mailbox management (quota, archives)
  • Policy guidance (e.g., no PII via email, legal hold awareness) per LU’s email/acceptable use standards
Who Is Eligible to Use It?

  • Students, Faculty, and Staff for their LU‑issued accounts
  • Department heads/Program directors for shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resource mailboxes

Where Can I Get It?

Click the "Request Service" button on this page.

How Do I Use It?

1) If you can’t sign in (password/MFA)

  • Call the Helpdesk at 573‑681‑5888 or visit in person (rear of Schweich Hall) for password/MFA resets.
  • You may also use Self‑Service Password Reset: <https://www.lincolnu.edu/its-help-desk/accountmgmt.html>.

2) Submit a ticket in TeamDynamix (preferred for non‑emergencies)

Provide details so we can act on first touch:

  • Who & where: Your role (student/faculty/staff); on‑campus or remote
  • Client & platform: Outlook for Windows/macOS/iOS/Android or OWA; version if known
  • What you see: Exact error text/screenshot; whether OWA works
  • Scope: Only you or others (names/emails if a shared resource is affected)
  • Mailboxes/lists: Name of shared mailbox, distribution list, or resource and the permission requested (read, send‑as, send‑on‑behalf)
  • Calendar details: Whose calendar, what permission level, and what isn’t working (invite visibility, delegate send)
  • Delivery issue: Sender/recipient addresses, timestamps, and the bounce/NDN text

We’ll validate your account/MFA, check tenant/mail flow and mailbox settings, adjust permissions, and provide next steps. If policy applies (e.g., legal hold or content restrictions), we’ll advise per LU standards.
