Service Description
This service includes maintenance and care of Lincoln University’s outdoor spaces, such as lawn care, tree trimming, leaf and debris removal, snow and ice management, irrigation systems, and general landscaping. Facilities staff ensure that campus grounds remain safe, clean, and visually appealing year-round.
Service Available To
All full-time LU faculty, staff, and students.

Requirements for Service
- Provide specific location (e.g., building name, outdoor area, landmark)
- Describe the issue or request (e.g., overgrown shrubs, fallen branches, icy walkway)
- Indicate urgency or impact (e.g., safety hazard, event preparation)
Notes & Resources
- Snow and ice removal are prioritized based on safety and accessibility needs
- Landscaping changes or enhancements may require departmental approval
- For event-related grounds support, please submit requests at least 5 business days in advance
- Grounds staff coordinate with Campus Safety for hazard mitigation and seasonal planning
