Service Description
This service includes support for issuing new keys, replacing lost or damaged keys, rekeying locks, and resolving access issues for university buildings and rooms. Facilities staff coordinate with campus departments to ensure secure and authorized access for faculty, staff, and students.

All full-time LU faculty, staff, and students.

Requirements for Service
- Provide building name and room number
- Specify type of request (e.g., new key, replacement, lock issue)
- Include authorization from department head or supervisor (if applicable)
- Indicate urgency or impact (e.g., locked out, security concern)
Notes & Resources
- Lost or stolen keys must be reported immediately to Campus Safety and Facilities Management
- Key requests may require approval and documentation; processing times may vary
