Service Description

This service includes support for water leaks, clogged drains, malfunctioning toilets, broken faucets, and other plumbing concerns across university facilities. Facilities staff will assess and repair issues to ensure safe and functional water systems in academic, residential, and administrative buildings.

All full-time LU faculty, staff, and students.

How to Request Service

Requirements for Service
  • Provide building name and room number
  • Describe the issue (e.g., leak, clog, no water flow, low pressure)
  • Indicate urgency or impact (e.g., flooding, restroom out of service)
  • It is preferred if you can include a picture to help the technician assess the situation.
Notes & Resources
  • For active leaks or flooding, immediately contact Facilities Management at [insert phone number]
  • Students in residence halls should report issues to their hall director or RA before submitting a request
  • Routine plumbing maintenance is scheduled as needed by Facilities staff
