Service Description
This service covers all HVAC-related concerns, including temperature regulation, airflow issues, system malfunctions, and seasonal adjustments. Facilities staff will assess and resolve issues affecting comfort, safety, or equipment performance in classrooms, offices, residence halls, and other university spaces.

All full-time LU faculty, staff, and students.

Requirements for Service
- Provide building name and room number
- Describe the issue (e.g., too hot, too cold, no airflow, unusual noise)
- Indicate urgency or impact (e.g., affecting class, health concern)
Notes & Resources
- Emergency HVAC issues (e.g., extreme temperatures, health risks) should be reported via phone to Facilities Management at [insert phone number]
- Routine maintenance and seasonal adjustments are scheduled proactively
- For residence halls, students should first report issues to their hall director or RA
