Project Request Form

Turning Ideas into Solutions

Information Technology Services (ITS) partners with faculty, staff, and departments across Lincoln University to deliver technology solutions that support teaching, learning, research, student success, and operational excellence.

The Project Request process helps ITS evaluate, prioritize, and plan technology initiatives that require coordination, planning, design, implementation, and organizational change. Whether your request involves enterprise applications, network infrastructure, telecommunications, classroom technology, audio/visual systems, cybersecurity, or business process improvements, this is the starting point for bringing your idea to life.

Project requests are reviewed to assess strategic alignment, business value, complexity, resource requirements, funding considerations, and organizational impact before work is scheduled.
